1. Eligibility

2. Service Engagement & Registration
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during onboarding.
Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any shared strategy documents or account credentials.
Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity occurring under your brand's account.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use Echo Marketing only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Misuse or disrupt our digital marketing platform or website.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our proprietary strategy data or other client systems.
4. Subscription & Payments
Currency: All payments are processed in EUR or USD as specified in your individual service agreement.
Billing: Payments are handled securely through our authorized banking partners.
Renewals: Monthly "Growth" retainers automatically renew unless cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital labor and campaign management, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific contract.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All original content, logos, and strategies developed by Echo Marketing remain the property of the agency until final payment is received.
License: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the creative assets for your brand’s social media.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which ensures your financial and professional information is handled with the highest standard of security.
7. Limitation of Liability
"As Is": Echo Marketing services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Market Risk: We do not guarantee specific financial returns, as social media performance depends on shifting market algorithms and external factors.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend services if these Terms are violated. You may cancel your partnership according to the terms of your specific service tier.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
